Gretta Adolph – Senior Sports Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor
Gretta is a Masters qualified Sports Physiotherapist, finishing her postgraduate studies at Curtin in 2020. She now has 9 years of experience as a Physio.
Approachable, confident and always professional, Gretta is passionate about improving clients’ quality of life and helping get them back to the activities that matter to them. Gretta has worked with athletes competing in a range of sports as well as recreationally active people. Gretta is highly skilled at assessing and treating soft-tissue and joint pain, sporting injuries particularly painful tendons, post-surgical rehabilitation, exercise programs and persistent or chronic pain. Additional skills include taping and dry needling. Gretta loves keeping fit in the outdoors and is a qualified matwork and reformer Pilates instructor, teaching at the Subiaco clinic.

2008 - First worked at Subi Sports as a receptionist
2010 – First worked as a soft-tissue therapist whilst in 3rd and 4th year of Physiotherapy
2012 – Graduated Physiotherapy at University of Notre Dame
2014 – Moved to London and worked in hospital (neurological and post-surgical)
2017 – Returned to Perth to develop skills in private practice
2018 – Launched Physiotherapy services at Subi Sports Massage & Physio
2020 – Graduated from Postgraduate (2 years) Masters in Sports Physiotherapy

Matthew is a Physiotherapist from Melbourne, with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Masters of Physiotherapy Practice.
Matthew is a hardworking, likeable and trustworthy individual who takes pride in seeing his patients achieve their goals. Through work and clinical experiences, Matthew has developed strong communication and interpersonal skills, helping him to deliver the best possible patient-centred care. With a long-time sporting background, Matthew has a keen interest in treating common sports injuries. Understanding the physical and mental demands of competition, he is determined to see his patients return to sport as soon as possible. Matthew uses a combination of hands-on therapy, education and exercise prescription to get the best possible outcomes for his clients.
Outside of Physiotherapy, Matthew enjoys running, playing footy (WAFL), beaches, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
