Hamstrings Foam Roller

Begin sitting on the foam roller with the arms supporting your torso. (To avoid arching too much into the thoracic spine you can place the hands on a raised step behind you, as long as you still have space to swing the body back.) Scoop the belly by engaging the abdominals to bring the butt and legs backwards, rolling along the roller, and control the legs moving foreword to start position. To advance this exercise you can cross the legs over so that more weight bares down on the leg in contact with the foam roller.
