Calves Foam Roller

Begin with bilateral (both) calves on the foam roller, and the torso supported by your hands. Engage the core, and scoop the abdominals to draw the butt and legs backwards over the roller and then return to the starting position. As mentioned with hamstrings, can be done with hands resting on a small step to prevent too much kyphosis (flexion in the mid to upper spine), as long as there is space behind to swing into. To advance this exercise try placing one leg over the other to increase the weight through the underneath limb.
