Adductor Foam Roller

Begin with the leg wishing to be 'rolled' flexed at the hip and knee resting on the foam roller. You may wish to tuck your foot of this leg behind the roller, and hold the top of the roller with the same side hand to insure the roller doesn't roll away from you. The none rolling leg, is extended along the flow, and the elbow of that side is flexed to support some of the body weight. Roll from the inside knee all the way to near the groin.
