Tibialis Anterior Foam Roller


Anterior Shin

Starting in an all fours or quadruped position with shins resting on the roller, engage the core and keep a long spine, while you contract the abdominals and scoop the belly to bring the knees towards the chest. This action rolls the anterior compartment of the lower leg along the roller, and then return to start. To advance this exercise place one leg over the other and continue the same action on one side, increasing the body weight going through the bottom limb.
