Bernd Adolph - Top Level Senior Therapist & WAIS Provider
Bernd Adolph established Subi Sports Massage & Physio, WA’s first and most trusted sports-dedicated soft-tissue therapy clinic, in 1991. He qualified in Physiotherapy in Germany and has been employed as a soft-tissue therapist at six Olympic Games and six Commonwealth Games. Through his passion for elite sport performance he has forged close working relationships with some of the best athletes and sporting bodies across the country, including Australian Cricket (he toured with the team to the UK in 2010 and to India and Sri Lanka for the 2011 World Cup), Australian Swimming, and the Australian Diamonds, for whom he is currently Senior Soft-tissue Therapist. Bernd - or 'BA' as he is better known - was drawn to the industry after spending many months in hospital as a teenager and greatly benefiting from the expertise of trained massage therapists.
Andreas Olbrich - Top Level Senior Therapist
Andreas Olbrich is one of our most experienced top level senior remedial massage therapists and is also a sports massage lecturer at Challenger TAFE. He has worked at Subi Sports Massage & Physio since September 2007 and specialises in the treatment of sporting and muscular injuries, using sports massage, dry needling, cupping and exercise rehab for excellent results. Andreas has worked with many Olympic and other elite athletes and enjoys working closely with people and getting results in a flexible work environment. With Andreas, you can expect a firm sports massage following a thorough professional assessment.
Jesse Jacobs - Senior Therapist
Jesse Jacobs is a senior remedial massage therapist who completed his studies in the Netherlands and at the Australian College of Sports Therapy in Melbourne. Jesse moved to Perth in 2010 and shortly thereafter joined Subiaco Sports Massage Clinic in January 2011. Jesse has more than 12 years experience as a professional dancer and extensive experience as a remedial massage therapist working in the Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland. He is currently the massage therapist for the West Australian Ballet assisting in the treatment of injuries, rehabilitation and injury prevention. He is also a WAIS preferred therapist and has training in deep tissue, trigger point and myofacial techniques as well as a certificate in Kinesiology taping.
Jeremy McClure - Senior Therapist
Jeremy McClure has been with Subi Sports Massage Clinic since 2007. He received his Diploma Of Sports Massage from Mt Lawley Tafe. He competed at 2004/2008/2016 Paralympics as a blind swimmer. He worked alongside the 2010 / 2011 Perth Glory Team. He has also treated the Hockeyroos, tri-athletes, enjoys treating swimmers, athletes or any client with broad range of conditions.
Rebecca Welch - Senior Therapist
Rebecca Welch completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy at Endeavour College of Natural Health. She worked at other clinics in Perth before joining Subiaco Sports Massage Clinic in April 2011 and now treating as a senior therapist. Rebecca has training in deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point, dry needling, pregnancy and myofascial therapy. Her interests include treatments for headache relief, lower back pain and working with a diverse range of clientele.
Shioto Fukushima - Top Level Senior Therapist & WAIS Provider
Shioto has been working as a top level senior therapist since 2015 and is a recognised WAIS preferred therapist. Originally from Japan, where Shioto qualified and practised as a neuro-musculoskeletal physiotherapist, he earned his PhD in applied biomechanics of the spine from the University of Western Australia in 2010. Since then, Shioto has divided his time between university teaching and research whilst developing a strong client base at Subiaco Sports Massage Clinic. Shioto has expertise in treating common ailments (e.g., headaches and neck/back pain) as well as sports injuries and musculoskeletal degenerative conditions. All consultations begin with discussion regarding current symptoms and relevant history for Shioto to provide the most effective specialised techniques for the presenting issue(s). Shioto is claimable on all private health funds and is fully qualified for dry needling.
Jayne Evans - Top Level Senior Therapist & WAIS Provider
Jayne Evans completed an Honours Degree in Sports Rehabilitation from Salford University. Jayne has experience working in Sports Injury Clinics, as well as working with professional sports teams including Bradford Bulls Rugby Union Football Club and Manchester United Ladies Football Club. Jayne specialises in muscular skeletal sports injuries and rehabilitation. Jayne is trained in deep tissue massage, sports massage, stretching techniques, trigger point, relaxation massage, cupping & pregnancy massage. Jayne regularly treats the WAIS Gymnastics Team and is a therapist for the West Coast Fever & the Australian Diamonds netball teams.

Fred Vanin - Senior Therapist
Fred has completed a Diploma in Remedial Massage in 2013 and worked as a sports therapist before joining the Subiaco Sports Massage Clinic. Fred has training in sports massage, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial therapy, soft tissue therapy and pregnancy massage. He also completed a Bachelor in Physiotherapy in Brazil 2007 and worked 10 years with professional Soccer Clubs along with the WA State Futsal League.
Klaudia Rowna - WAIS Provider
Klaudia finished a Bachelor Degree of Physiotherapy in Poland before moving to Australia. She continued with her studies and completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage and Certificate III in Fitness. Klaudia joined our team in 2015 and since then has experience in remedial massage, relaxation massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy and kinesiotape. She was drawn to the industry through her interest in sport and specific sporting injuries and has a keen interest in CrossFit. With Klaudia, you can expect a firm sports massage, including trigger-point work.
Kyoko completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage in Queensland in May 2016. During her course she worked closely with the NRL Titans and with cyclists. She has had training in remedial massage, relaxation massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, reflexology and sports massage. Kyoko was drawn to the industry for its great capacity to make a tangible difference in people's lives. She believes joining the industry was the best decision of her life. With Kyoko you can expect a firm massage, with trigger point work to relieve pain and improve mobility. Kyoko also offers calming massage for pregnant clients and for those seeking a more relaxing treatment.

Federico joined the Subi Sports team in 2018 with over 8 years experience in musculoskeletal injuries, treatment & neurological rehabilitation previously as a physiotherapist.
Federico specialises in musculoskeletal, remedial massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, stretching, cross friction, kineseo taping & muscle energy.
Jaye Thomas - Top level Senior Therapist & Pilates instructor
Jaye Thomas is one of our most experienced top level senior remedial massage therapists and has been part of the team at Subiaco Sports Massage Clinic since 2001. She has specialist expertise in sustained myofascial tension, vacuum cupping, trigger point therapy, functional fascial & rock taping and counter strain therapy. Jaye has also completed her Diploma of Professional Pilates and is currently conducting matwork classes, specialising in pregnancy.
Tanja has completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage, certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness, Diploma of Sports & Recreation as well as Therapeuic Yoga & Matwork Pilates courses.
Tanja has experience in remedial massage, relaxation massage, deep tissue & trigger point therapy.
Before moving to Perth, Tanja also completed a Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy in Croatia. She has previously worked in sports clubs in Croatia and has developed a special interest in musculoskeletal injuries & disorders.
Michelle has been massage therapist in Australia since 2012. She completed diploma of remedial massage and diploma of reflexology at Challenger TAFE.
Michelle has expertise in treating injury such as bursitis, frozen shoulder or knees pain with combining different techniques to help for improving range of motion or swelling. Michelle has training in deep tissue, dry needling, sports massage, muscle energy technique, myofascial release, lymphatic drain technique, Pregnancy massage, cupping and reflexology. She’s also interesting in neuromuscular technique like EMMETT and Neurokinetic therapy.
Tracey qualified as a Remedial Massage Therapist in 2009 and worked at Subiaco Sports massage before going travelling and now re-joining the team here. Tracey lived and worked in London for 8 years for the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. At APPI Tracey also completed her Pilates training in both mat work and equipment Pilates. Tracey enjoys working with a diverse range of clients but with a keen interest in runners and triathletes, working alongside them as part of a training program. Tracey likes to incorporate some Pilates exercise or movement into a treatment session. In her spare time, she is Mum to one boy and enjoys keeping fit with Pilates, running and strength training.
Sage is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, with training in; Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofacial Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage & Reflexology. She has an interest in sports massage & injury prevention. Sage currently works with Rockingham Sharks Rugby League Club as a massage therapist & sports trainer
Michael is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, with training in; Deep Tissue Massage, Myofacial Release, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy & Positional Release Technique, Soft tissue Therapy, PNF Stretching and Relaxation Massage. Michael has also worked a season along side a regional football team gaining experience in injury prevention, pre & post sports massage and increasing range of movement.
