Pilates enhances physical fitness and all it’s attributes, including strength, speed, agility, flexibility, endurance and coordination.
Pilates is beneficial to everyone, regardless of age and activity level.
Pilates at Subi Sports Massage & Physio is aimed at healthy, low-risk individuals who may be experienced or first timers!
Our Instructors
Tanja Cokorac
Tanja joined the Subi Sports team in 2019 & holds a current qualification in Matwork Pilates, Fitness, Therapeutic Yoga & Remedial massage. Tanja instructs both small & large group matwork classes and can be available for private lessons upon request.
Jessica Walker
Jess is a three-time Olympian with a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (Honours) from the UK. Jess specialises in teaching Pilates to large and small both group classes as well as individual sessions.
Lauren Mckay
Lauren is a Physiotherapist originally from Geraldton, who completed her studies at the University of Notre Dame Fremantle. Lauren provides 1:1 and 2:1 Physiotherapist led Pilates sessions by request at both of our clinics.
Megan Glass
Megan graduated from Notre Dame University in 2013 and has recently returned to practice after having two children. Megan is experienced in Pilates and is available for 1:1 and 2:1 Physiotherapist led Pilates sessions at the Subiaco clinic by request.
Gretta Adolph
Gretta completed her Certificate in Pilates Matwork and Reformer Instruction (10537NAT) from the Pilates Training Institute in Perth in 2017. This is a very high standard, nationally recognised qualification with over 200 teaching hours of Pilates required to complete.
Gretta uses her existing Physiotherapy expertise to complement the Pilates method of postural and movement assessment. She has experience in one on one classes, in small and large groups, with clients from young athletes, through to pregnant women and elderly people.
She maintains the ethos of achieving better core control, whole body strength and mobility which helps people in their every day movements.
