Why Choose Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapists use manual and exercise based techniques to reduce your pain and improve your quality of life.

In improving your range of movement, strength and coordination,  and reducing stiffness and speeding up the recovery process, physiotherapy can help to resolve injuries and get you back to doing the things you enjoy!

If you have an issue or injury that could benefit from physiotherapy treatment, speak to our Physiotherapist Gretta at the clinic, or talk about it with your soft tissue therapist at your next appointment at Subi Sports Massage & Physio.

Gretta works closely with Subi Sports’ excellent soft-tissue therapists to help achieve patients’ optimal outcomes.

Physiotherapist Gretta Adolph first worked at Subiaco Sports Massage clinic in 2008 as a receptionist before studying physiotherapy at the University of Notre Dame and continuing her work with the clinic as a soft-tissue therapist.
