Small Pilates Class

These classes have a maximum of four participants in them. Due to the small size of the class the instructor can spend extra time focusing on moving at each individual's level and can spend extra time correcting and improving posture and technique.

 

Strength & Conditioning group class

These classes are limited to a maximum of seven participants. It focuses on strengthening the muscles through Pilates and building and improving fitness levels and muscular strength.

 

Vinyasa Yoga Class

These classes have a maximum of seven participants in them. This class incorporates stretching, strengthening, breath work and meditation.

Yin Yoga Class

These classes have a maximum of seven participants in them. This class incorporates breath work, flexibility, mobility and meditation, and is a deeply relaxing and restorative practice.

There are, of course, certain conditions and/or injuries that may affect your current suitability for Pilates within Subi Sports Massage & Physio.  Completing our online medical screening form no later than 48hrs before your anticipated class, ensures that the instructor can contact you about any concerns they may have.

 

 

 

We ask that if you are currently suffering from any of the following conditions that you start by booking in a private class run by our Physiotherapist. 
 

  • Major pelvic floor damage after child birth & are currently experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction" 

  • Acute/present disc bulge or pathology 

  • Acute/present injury or pathology 

  • Recent surgery 

 

If you are unsure if class is suitable for you please seek the all clear from your GP. If you have any other concerns, please email the clinic and we will do our best to address them.
